We offer four treatment levels to meet your mental health needs.
We know that each person’s needs are unique, so our treatment options are designed to reflect these differences. Serene Behavioral Health offers four levels of care to ensure you receive the best treatment possible. Our treatment programs include: Residential Program, Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, and Monitored Outpatient Program.
Our residential program provides clients with a high-level of care, so they can focus on their emotional and psychological well-being. The length of residential treatment is determined by each person’s needs and progress throughout the program. While in residential care, you will have access to staff support 24 hours per day and will participate in a multidisciplinary treatment model that utilizes evidence-based practices.
Day treatment for mental health, also called a partial hospitalization program, is often the ideal transitional step for many clients who complete our residential mental health treatment. The goal of most people who enroll in our residential treatment program is to improve their symptoms to the point where they can step down to the day treatment program. Clients attend this program for multiple hours per day and participate in various treatment modalities. At this level, clients still receive care from a multidisciplinary team and receive needed support to address the challenges they face while allowing them to live at home.
We are devoted to help structure treatment to meet your individual needs
An intensive outpatient program, or IOP, retains the structure many people with severe mental health issues need to fully recover, while allowing them to live independently. IOPs meet several times per week, and are ideal for those needing more support than they can typically find in a standard weekly counseling session. An IOP provides an opportunity for people who are recovering from a mental illness to continue their journey toward wellness, offering therapy for men and women with mental health issues like depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
Outpatient monitoring and developing effective coping mechanisms are integral parts to the successful treatment of any mental health disorder. Clients who have achieved the level of stability necessary to live independently but would still benefit from ongoing care often choose to participate in our monitored outpatient program. Our experienced staff help clients create a tailored aftercare plan that addresses their ongoing needs for long-lasting recovery.
