We are devoted to help structure treatment to meet your individual needs
A proven, multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
We offer a variety of modalities and a diverse team to meet the unique needs of each client. Every week, clients will meet with a case manager and therapist who will address basic knowledge of their diagnosis and mental health needs. These professionals will work to address the denial, guilt, and shame associated with mental illness, placing specific emphasis on the acceptance of individual issues. This approach provides clients with the opportunity to understand their illness and begin the journey to recovery.
At Serene Behavioral Health, all services we provide are directed toward maximizing each client’s functioning, as well as managing and reducing the symptoms associated with their diagnosis. Our trained staff closely monitor clients for any changes in vital signs and physical condition 24 hours per day. Length of stay depends upon needed services and severity of psychiatric issues, according to each client’s assessed needs.
Serene Behavioral Health offers treatment for adults struggling with mental health issues. We incorporate evidence-based practices and modalities that provide proven pathways to wellness, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational therapy.
Before admissions, we tailor an individualized needs and treatment plan for each client, with lifelong recovery as the primary objective. Upon admission, each client will complete an initial intake assessment with the help of a licensed mental health practitioner. This assessment will help identify core issues that are likely to affect rehabilitation.
Each client will also meet with a physician to complete a full medical history and physical exam, and will undergo a psychiatric evaluation within 24 hours of admission. Clients will collaborate with a case manager and therapist on developing a personalized approach to recovery. We require a minimum of three self-help meetings per week. We provide family sessions to those who choose to participate, as we believe the entire family needs to work on getting healthy together.
